Super rare 1990 Wild at Heart Soundtrack US Longbox CD Issue. Such a curious moment in physical media, the longbox was essentially a way of making the compact disc packaging look more predominant during release periods to elevate sales. Nothing more to it than that the longbox would house the CD resting at the bottom of the box, fast forward a few decades though and they’ve become sought after issues of classic albums, esp in non US regions to whom the longbox is still a very curious piece of media packaging.
