Released via the same Parisian publishers as Burroughs ‘Junkie’, Vladimir Nabokov’s ‘Lolita’ caused a stir back in 1955 on it’s initial release.
It gained a cult status in the late 50’s, and has been adapted twice, the first released only 6 years after it was published by the iconic Stanley Kubrick.
This 1967 UK Corgi edition was released after Kubrick's film came out and features the iconic image of Sue Lyron as Lolita.
The book is in very good condition with wear on spine and cover (pictured)
