Really nice 7" copy of Nirvana's third single from their iconic 'Nevermind' album, the flawless beauty that is 'Lithium', released on Geffen Records in July, 1992

Cobain explained that the song is about a man who turns to religion to avoid becoming suicidal after the death of his girlfriend, and was partly inspired by the time he spent living with a friend's born-again Christian parents. The B side 'Been A Son' was recorded live on the Dogfish Mobile Truck at the Paramount Theater, Seattle Washington - October 31, 1991
