Original UK pressing of this 'posthumous' Joy Division compilation album, released in October 1981 on Factory Records
'Still' consists of previously unreleased studio material and a live recording of Joy Division's last concert, performed at Birmingham University. Also included is 'Ceremony' - which went on to become a New Order single, and a cover of the Velvet Underground's 'Sister Ray', recorded at the Moonlight Club, London. Apparently the compilation was originally intended to combat the trade in bootlegs, whilst also giving fans access to recordings that were not widely available at the time...
