1993 was a good year for the Pumpkins, as Siamese Dream steamrolled into the must have LP after the Nevermind hype subsided. Thick Vig production, 100's of layering guitars and Corgan and Chamberlin essentially doing it all themselves. The quiet and loud dynamics of this LP were possibly never matched and the ongoing theme of Corgans Grandma's passing is emotionally prevalent throughout.
