1987 Volkmar Essers 'Henri Matisse'

Late 80's Taschen softcover book compiled mainly of the French master, Henri Matisses' beautiful and vibrant paintings.

You can sometimes forget he was as good as he was with a paintbrush. Over 90 pages with full-colour images, along with in depth accompanying text.

The book is in good condition with some of the pages separating from the spine, but still beautiful in colour.
