In our opinion one of the best albums of the 90's 'Prison' was released by Sub Pop in 1992, produced by Steve Fisk shortly after Bernstein had tragically taken his own life. A close friend and understudy of Burroughs and the beat crew, Bernstein and sub-pop seemed like a dream combo ahead of the impending boom on the Seattle scene. He even shared a test pressing with Nirvana's Bleach at one point. A tragic loss, but the music on this cassette is timeless beat not to be missed..
