Shipping :

All orders are sent out from our London Studio tracked and recorded via Royal Mail (Please note we do not ship at the weekend). You should receive an automated email confirmation once your order has been made and then again once shipped

UK – Free Shipping on all orders

EU/Rest of World - Free Shipping on all orders over £150. Standard Rate £11. Heavier items such as books, vinyl etc will be calculated at checkout generally ranging between £15-£25.

*Delivery times for Europe 5-7 days, USA 5-10 days and rest of world up to 14 days.

Returns :

If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any items deemed unsuitable within 7 days of your order. We are also unable to accept order cancellation or refund requests once your order has been made.

UG products are all true one-offs and therefore some imperfections are inevitable. We passionately believe that any wear, flaws or discolouration highlights the unique story, age and vintage quality of each piece and we hope that by simply visiting Unified Goods, you feel the same way.

Lost Items : 

We are unfortunately not responsible for any lost items in the postal system. Please contact your Postal provider to register a claim if this is the case. If you need help in contacting your postal provider we will do everything we can to support.
